Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Theory, Structure, and Skills
DBT is model of psychotherapy developed and researched to treat some of the most challenging populations seeking mental health treatment in our practices and agencies. Day 1 of this three-day series provides an overview of the theory and structure of the model; as well as the differences between a comprehensive DBT Program and DBT-informed psychotherapy. Days 2 and 3 will offer an overview of DBT Skills Training- both the content and structure of DBT Skills groups. This series will cover particular challenges of implementing DBT via tele-therapy in the COVID era.
