Fatherhood Engagement and Social Connections

ID: 5423WEB

This webinar focuses on the importance of engaging fathers and father figures in practice. The goal is to change our practice from being “Mother Focused” into the “Full Family Engagement Model”. Involving fathers, father figures, and paternal relatives can optimize outcomes in your cases and is strongly linked to good case decision-making practices. The webinar will provide information to help eliminate personal and professional barriers that interfere with father involvement. There will be breakout sessions to provide information on co-parenting, engaging mothers as gatekeepers, legal rights concerning child support and paternity, young fatherhood parenting, and empowering fathers.
