The fast-changing world of human services organizations demands managers to be equally skilled in managing both for stability and for change. As the marketplace changes, as funders demand more and different accountability, the task of the manager changes rapidly. This webinar will examine the factors influencing change, the strategies that help the board and the staff to adjust to change, and the need to always keep the organizational mission in the forefront.
