About the Instructor

Anat Samid is a licensed Psychotherapist and Life Coach. She provides teletherapy to clients in NJ, NY and FL in private practice. In addition to working directly with clients, Anat has been an invited speaker with several organizations on topics related to Mindfulness and Posttraumatic Growth. After a year in Hawaii, she recently moved to the Bay Area where she continues her practice, teaches, and runs the Central NJ Mental Health Professionals Network now with over 300 members.
