Traditional models often start with the formation of a coalition, without consideration for existing groups, coalitions and collaboratives often creating competition resulting in duplication of services and wasted effort. This interactive webinar will introduce participants to this model that encourages the development of coordinated collaboration, better alignment of existing community organizational structures that increases the capacity to create communities we want to live in.
