Introduction to Grief Therapy

Participants of this “Intro” course will gain a detailed understanding of an expected clinical grief presentation, environmental factors (family dynamics, employment, finances, etc.) that are affected after a death, as well as the basic framework for conceptualizing and treating the grieving client. This course is designed for new and seasoned professionals in private practice or conducting therapy on an outpatient basis who are interested in working with clients who have experienced death of a family member, friend, patient, etc.
